Happ to DL, Kyle Ryan is DFA. Martini and Adam up with the Cubs.

Sweeping the Doyers was unexpected and fun, now do it again against the Pirates.

Nothing has really changed for me over the last 5 weeks. They still have some good core hitters. They still have no depth. The pitching is mediocre to bad. The bullpen has been a little better then i expected. Sweeping the Dodgers was fun, but i still expect a mediocre to slightly below mediocre team, that is also moving guys at the deadline. Just have to enjoy the good moments we get with these guys when they happen.

Nice job by Davies pitching and defense to get out of that inning

The Cubs have played excellent baseball since they left Atlanta. Itís been a pleasure to watch. This this is what they can do when a few hitters can have good seasons at the same time.
