He was awful... Allen and Florial have to be better options than that guy

I don't think he's a bust. I think he just needs the right motivation to pick himself up & play harder.

I never have been a believer in his stuff... the only thing i have ever thought he was truly useful for was to take over games were getting blown out in or have about a 4run lead. His stuff isn't bad but he nibbles, gets himself way behind and is forced to groove pitches that get hit hard... you gotta hope by the 2nd half we'll have better options than him

Would love to hear Leo's take on it.

Slick were you able to extend the invitation to Leo? It still stands. Would enjoy having him back in the fold. If his issue is with me, please extend my sincere apology. It was never my intention to have him leave or get him banned. Yes we would bang heads, never with malice or any malicious intent. All was in the spirit of healthy debate and heated discussion. Please once again extend the invitation to return. His insight, knowledge and humor are always a welcome addition.

Not aggressive enough, is he afraid to throw strikes? Does he not trust his stuff enough, lacks confidence in his ability?

I remember him mentioning watching him live during spring training years ago and was behind home plate and he mentioned his stuff had really good movement and was really live.

He doesn't have a desire to come back and I don't blame him. This place has become a **** show and many good posters left in recent memory and have basically been replaced by clueless negative whiney *****.

100%. That is what it looked like yesterday. It's what it looks like when he's pitching poorly, which is becoming more frequent.

The #Yankees will prioritize left-handed bats at the @MLB Trade Deadline.

Cubs will be having a fire sale. I love me some Luke Voit but if Rizzo could be had? He's a good hitter and a great fielder. He's 2 years older than Voit so that's not terrible an 32 for a first baseman is fine. He's still got a few years left.

    Ramirez from the Indians?

    Joey Gallo?

I see Joc Pederson mentioned and that would suck.

Maybe we see some big, crazy deal involving big names?
