Vaccine sure has done wonders with the Yankees!

Is he sick? Is he showing symptoms? Has he been hospitalized?

The genuine lack of understanding regarding this is a bummer. He's far from the only one who either doesn't understand or doesn't want to understand.

The vaccine is roughly 60% effective in preventing you from getting Covid. But it's 100% effective in preventing serious illness and hospitalization.

I wonder who they call up?
Move Gio to SS and Andujar at 3rd? Or roll with Wade at SS?

Excellent. If he's already at 96, I am guessing he will regain his full velocity.
Whether that holds true for his control and off speed remains to be known.

I don't think he's a bust. I think he just needs the right motivation to pick himself up & play harder.

The yankees got the J&J. Maybe this is the reason why the infection rate is so high. I'm curious which vaccine every other major league team took. Curious that Gleyber had covid before and got it again, even after vaccination. Whtatever antibodies and tcells his first infection created should have been boosted by the shot he took.

Wished we had Tauchman back now; he's better than all the OFers we have now except Judge. Maybe if we ask Frisco real nice, they'll send him back in exchange for Wandy.

Gio Urshela is still dealing with a knee issue, Aaron Boone said. Urshela could get a day off tomorrow at Baltimore.

Yet in a 9-0 game, they kept him in on the turf at the trop.

    Insane.

    This team is so mismanaged.

Hicks MRI is still being looked at before a decision is made.

    Usually not a good sign.

I smell a stint on the injured list.

I really don't get the love affair with him from this organization.

They really should give Gittens a look for a bench role power hitting 1st baseman if that's what they're looking for.

I've never been to concerned he would get the velo back, even if he loses a couple ticks he'll still be in the upper 90's.

I'm with you, i'm far more concerned with the SL, CU and command.

his CU has always been his 3rd best pitch, it will be interesting to see if Blake helped him improve that pitch as much as he has for Cole and others. If Sevy could come back with a wicked CU, that he can be more consistent with, he could be even better. It would be nice to see but I'm certainly not counting on it.

Kinda interesting that they had Dominguez facing Sevy.. to me atleast that says alot about how they feel about Dominguez.
