    San Francisco @ Colorado Rockies - May 3 - May 5

    .........................

SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS (17-11) @ COLORADO ROCKIES (10-18)

    COORS FIELD

    Game 1: Monday, May 3rd @ 5:40 PM

    VS.
    Aaron Sanchez..........Germán Márquez

    Scouting Report:
Giants: Sanchez gave up only one hit over 4 2/3 innings in his last start Tuesday against the Rockies, but he issued a season-high five walks, which led to two runs.

Rockies: In last Wednesday's loss, Márquez had a tough second inning in which he gave up four runs -- two on bases-loaded walks, which he had only one of in his career prior to that. The right-hander now faces the Giants for the second straight start.

    Game 2: Tuesday, May 4th, @ 5:40 PM

    VS.
    Alex Wood..........TBD

    Scouting Report:
Giants: Wood took a no-hitter into the sixth inning Wednesday vs. the Rockies in his last start, striking out a season-high nine batters. The Giants have won each of his three starts this year.

    Rockies: N/A

    Game 3: Wednesday, May 5th @ 12:10 PM

    VS.
    Logan Webb..........Jon Gray

    Scouting Report:
Giants: Webb gave up three runs over six innings Friday vs. the Padres in his last start. He is 2-0 with a 4.35 ERA in four career appearances against the Rockies.

Rockies: Gray is a strike-thrower. He doesn't walk many, and decisions come quickly. But last time out at Arizona, he gave up five runs (four earned) on nine hits in a loss. This start, he'll be back at Coors Field, where he has a 1.85 ERA this season.

I'd like to see Belt and Dickerson heat up this series.

I don’t like Coors but so be it. Would a sweep be out of the question? Want to see Webb stay on a roll.

BP isn't great, but Kapler makes it so much worse.

He brought in our best arm in McGee and McGee simply blew it.

Doval gets weak contact his first batter and that lame **** falls for a hit.

I don't necessarily blame this one on Kapler either. Anyone else he would've brought it would've been inferior to McGee. McGee just couldn't stop the bleeding after the second out.
