Hayward has been meeting with the #Raiders coaches today. Hayward reunites with DC Gus Bradley and defensive backs coach Ron Milus who both guided his career as a #Charger from 2017-2020.

Well if that's case then Arnette better move over to slot corner then. The same thing will happen to Leatherwood eventually. He'll wind up becoming a guard.

Arnette better stay healthy or him and Abram are gonna be playing the unemployment line...As for Leatherwood. They didnít draft him 17th and say heís the starter at RT to move him to Guard. Stop trying to force things Eric, sometimes things are exactly as they seem.

Leatherwood wasnít a reach. We wouldnít have gotten out of the first round. He was selected about 10 spots early as far as value. A reach is drafting someone like arnette in the first when he could have been selected in the late second

Technically, both are reaches. Just one is a bigger reach. But you touched on the real issue everyone is having. This is not so much about leatherwood specifically. But getting the value of those high draft picks. While leatherwood may have only been a 10 pick reach. There might have been a 10 pick value on the board. So youíre missing out on much higher talent level.

And while this is understandable every now and then. With us, itís more picks than not. There are more arnette picks than Moehrig picks. Constantly losing value on those picks adds up.
