2021 2nd Round: Bears take OT Teven Jenkins

    Love it. Pace killin' it.

Bears did trade their 3rd round pick to get him, so we don't pick again till tomorrow.

    Ouch.

i like moving up to get a dude you presumably had a first-round grade on. a quality tackle is prrrrobably better for this team right now than an iffy tackle and an iffy wr

ideally you find a way to pick before the sixth though

I love the pick, but I can't say I'm not worried about our lack of depth at WR and CB.

    Unless Miller is sticking around?

Home-run selection for Ryan Pace. Jenkins' film is first-round caliber. Nasty technician. Punishes people on a routine basis. Good length too. Big need at right tackle no more for Chicago (Chris Trapasso)

Agreed. Especially DB. Huge weakness right now.

Pace is on fire. Two top 20 prospects (arguably). Killer, killer picks.

Jenkins needs a bit of technique work, but hes nasty.

i feel like for all his warts miller is still probably more productive next year than a third-round wr would be. i dunno if he needs to be a cap casualty, but from a talent perspective i think we're not in the worst situation at WR right now

cb on the other hand...no comment

The Way Pace is working IDK if I would count on this. Everyone said we would trade back because its all he has done in the past after moving up. I think Pace is in the War room on Coke wheeling and dealing.

Love it. I fully expect Pace to package a couple 6s and trade up again on day 3.

Miller and a 6 for a 3 tonight? That would be ideal.

We got a 5 from this trade. I think that would make sense.

Foles or Miller being involved in some trade up in a package along with one of those 6s or the 5 would make a lot of sense.

Honestly why I'm super high on this kid. Yes the aggression/ physicality is awesome and necessary for this OL; but people sleep on this kids athleticism... he's a great athlete.
