We might just have two of the hardest hitting safeties in the league. Welcome back KJ.

    I have no words.

    What, was Erik Harris unavailable?

Joseph was pretty good for the Browns before getting hurt.

Also Erik Harris signed with the Falcons awhile ago.

If this is vet min to back up or compete with Abrams this is a good move. If this is their idea of fixing FS then itís a bad one. Time will tell.

Iím thinking that over the years we have purged more talent than we realize from our defense. Iím OK with the signing, I just hope that Bradley is the coach we have desperately needed for a long time to get the D ship shape...

Karl Joseph said @Raiders safety Johnathan Abram has been reaching out to him for a while about coming back.

He played FS in college. I read a tweet earlier that Joseph felt he was played out of position the first time around with the Raiders as SS.

He played better closer to the line when he was here. And really good at rushing the passer.

I think we are going to find our back 7 is better then we think cause PG didn't know how to relay game plan and put guys in position. Bradley harps on assignments and guys knowing their roles. Gonna be a interesting year.

Has he discovered a way to cover a TE? If not, it seems like a silly, superfluous signing. Typical.

PF didn't grade this guy well. I think his stats are just proof that a strong pass rush makes the secondary look good.

Ultimately, even if Guenther stunk, it's not like he's to blame for 1v1 failures. I do think the Raiders have some talented players who were held back by scheme.

I don't think Karl Joseph was one of them.

This was really my main concern with KJ. I thought in time he could be a solid piece, if only for depth, but I was never 100% sure he was THE answer back there. Whatever the case, we just have to roll with it.
