The only positive of us sucking really bad this year is that we finally will rebuild like we should have done 2 years ago. Gonna be harder with basically no pieces to sell off worth a damn. This FO has always struggled trading players at peak value, should take notes from the white Sox on that

Cubs need to fire a!l of their hitting coaches. We not have a team that (judging from their batting averages consists of 7 pitchers and 2 position players. Save the salaries going to.those coaches. Obviously they haven't been able to pass one iota of helpful info to the Cubs batters.

It was right there for you to grab but you're just a moron.
I'm amazed a ballplayer that dumb can call a ballgame behind the plate.

I got a feeling outside of the games the bats go off, the only time we could feel they have a legit shot at winning most games is when Hendricks and Arrieta pitches.

I don't expect many quality starts out of the other starters and I don't expect the offense to save them much in those games

Going 3-3 against the Pirates is like going 0-6 against the Cards. Pathetic effort by the so-call core, who all want contract extensions. There is not one scenario in which I bring all four (five, if you want to include Hendricks) players back. I ready for a rebuild.
    Screw sabermetics.

This team kind of sucks, but do you remember 2012?

    Or 2009? Or 2013?

This is not a particularly good Cubs team. It'll get worse when they trade guys off. It may be a 75 win team at the end of things. But this isn't the worst Cubs team in the last 20 years, either. They probably won't even be the worst team in the division end of the year.
