. I think as bad as an actor as lebron is he is far better than jordans acting. Jordans acting was so so so bad in the first one

Take the original. That film came out a time when MJ was just coming back to the NBA after his break from baseball. It played up his decision to leave the sport because of the passing of his father and gave us a fictionalized account of why he decided to come back to basketball again. It was absurd, but it took a real life storyline that had heart behind it and made it fun.

And the sad thing is they HAD a great father-son storyline they could have played up. His oldest son is a legit NBA prospect at 16 who we've seen grow up over the years with Lebron on the sideline rooting him on. Make a heartfelt storyline out of that! The kid has lived his whole life in his father's shadow and wants to carve his own path. Boom. Realistic. Fits a believable narrative. And actual fits with Lebron's own family in real life.

OK. Rant over. That film just totally sucked and took a huge **** all of my childhood. I needed to ran to somebody about it...

I can agree to everything you said here but where we differ is that the plot for this sequel, the premise with the stakes being higher in this film vs that of the original film where the stakes weren't as high, then you have to give somewhat of an edge to A New Legacy. Despite A New Legacy being a bad film in certain people's eyes, it is still making a **** ton of movie at the box office in movie theaters everywhere and on HBO Max regardless of people's expectations.

True, but crappy movies make tons of money all the time. Look how much money all of the DCEU movies have made, and most of them have been terrible.

Jordan exudes a Larger-than-life aura, he doesn't need to know how to act.

Lebron on the other hand seems to force every gesture he makes. Probably an introvert.

Cmon man, we've been debating for years now, no need to lie.

Also, not sexualizing anything. Iím not the one ticked that a cartoonís curves got nerfed in a kids movie during this era. And why is losing curves a decline in physical health? For ****ís sake, if anything itíd be the opposite with putting on weight.
Yes you are, its why you guys keep talking about sex whilst ignoring the actual point, heres a reiteration:
70% of covid hospitalizations were among the obese and super obese. Her going from athletic to frumpy was a move towards body acceptance, the plague that wants us to accept people for the lazy, unhealthy slobs they are, this began to backfire during the pandemic.

And if you think Iím trying to kink shame you then doesnít that say something about you?
Reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, nor is logical deduction, it says more about you guys. Ignoring the actual point and focusing on lulz.

With every interaction I have with you I wonder if youíre this big of a dense goof in real life or if this is your insufferable playground.
Says the guy who rambles incoherently about atrazine only to go ghost when questioned about it. When it comes to strangers questioning my intelligence, I only care if they have an IQ above mine. What did you score last time?

Donít get me wrong, if I outed myself as an anthropomorphic bunny ****er Iíd claim my comment was a joke too. But itís clear you donít actually care about body positivity, you wanted to hate on woke Hollywood for not sexualizing a childrenís cartoon.

Funny how that gets ignored and then when clarified, its dismissed, way to be intellectually dishonest. The post after reiterated the point that yall ignored. If you want to pretend to know what goes on in my head go for it, even with entertaining your delusions , the point about her decline in health REMAINS.

Are you serious? I explained the joke to you but if you are seriously asking they serve a variety of evolutionary and medical purposes. Not as important as the rest of her body obviously, hence the joke.

    lol definitely.

Looking back on the thread now that someone posted it, I had this to say.
I'd much rather support your right to fornicate in a Crash Bandicoot costume or whatever than the wokeness infecting Hollyweird.

Even mentioned how Pepe was cancelled cuz of rape culture (idiotic) but there was supposedly a clock work orange cameo lmfao. If people couldn't discern the difference between a joke and the actual critique on woke/cancel culture then they may have been assimilated by the beast.

Also, you should know that this is a very American way of thinking, its only a sexualization if you allow yourself to think that way. The human body is looked at differently abroad, many Euros will tell you they have not sexualized the tittay the way we have. Even with that cultural critique, do you really see nothing wrong with giving her a double chin instead of just giving her more clothes?

Anyone feel free to answer this but to those who like the less athletic lola, does this mean that Disney used to sexualize characters for kids, thereby contributing to the hyper sexualization in society today? Or did they just sexualize the character for the adults watching the movie with their kids, kind of like when they sneak in adult jokes that fly over the kids heads.

Neither would surprise me, Disney has a dark history with porn but sometimes its just a movie.

Is it true this movie has zero space in it? Bloated with nothing but WB properties to help make up for bad acting. Couldve called it Cyber Space Jam no?

Nah you led bemoaning she lost her big naturals, you then changed it to how unhealthy she looks when people called you out.

But beyond that, she isnít even unhealthy They didnít make her fat and it says a lot about you that you think the size she is in the sequel is akin to my 600lb life. Her physique is not unhealthy in any way.

Yes the original was sexualized, the director specifically mentioned that. Theyíve admitted it. Hence the change.
