I guess I should say he's had bad luck during this last cold stretch when I've been watching the games more regularly. I can't speak for April really cause I only watched a couple of games that month.

I agree with you, though, Riley should be moved up to at least 4th.

Ozuna is a known slow starter so not worried about him just yet.

Damn, Acuña was ready to hit left handed in the 8th against Difo and Snitker didn’t let him, another reason to hate on Snit lol.

Riley is just mashing right now. I know he has been a streaky hitter so I am kind of prepping for a fall off soon but, man its been fun watching him right now.

We have seen a similar power barrage before, but what we haven't see is the plate discipline he's shown, his BB% has increase every year so there's hope this is actually who he is. He won't be a .320 hitter because his BABIP is unsustainable but I believe he has become a much better hitter.

Yep, his patience is notably improved. Ozzie also stopped swinging at every first pitch the last series too. He's a lot better when he does that.

One of the guys posted that he has the same hits and HRs in the same timeframe as 2019 May. Kinda crazy.

So we will begin to get our questions answered this week about whether we've turned a corner as a team or if we just beat up on a bad Pirates team.

Morton and Smyly get some run against the Red Sox, though it's hard to say if either will be familiar with many of their batters given the turnover in Boston the last two years.

Ozuna left the game after sliding into third. His finger was clearly dislocated. Hopefully it’s minor and nothing is broken.
