Has semien ever been tested at 3b?

Yeah still seems like the long term plan is Martin at 3rd and shift biggio back to 2b once semien finds greener pastures.

I still don’t know what grosh is. Please if someone has any idea of Comps or floor/ceiling for him id love to hear it.

What I do know - is im much more concerned about having a big bat at 3b than I am in CF. + with springer here we would be shuffling the deck a lot to put Martin in CF.

We have 2 major holes in the lineup - 3B and C.

Springer should go to RF anyway to preserve him. When we go back to Rogers Centre, it'll be turf so Springer will need more DH days. We can then consolidate Teo/LGJ/Grich for pitching

3rd and C may have holes now but in a year or 2, it should be fine. I'd be fine seeing this lineup in 2023.

Biggio should pick it back up a bit as the season goes fielding wise. Hes at 206/333/336 so maybe 240/360/370 is reasonable. Defensively, he doesnt belong at 3B though.

How so? There's no proof that he will improve in the field even if he does that arm is below average so that limits where he can play - and at whatever age he is that arm isn't going to get stronger. Honestly they should have left him at 2B, but the Semien signing.

Well I said batting wise he would improve but fielding he doesnt beling at 3B.

I'm sticking by what Martin's college coach said, he belongs in the middle of the diamond, SS,CF
