    Montoyo getting more comfortable (?)

He didn't look really good last season making some odd moves and then other times didn't seem sure of himself. Seems alot better this season, almost like he's letting his experience lead him in most of his calls; not trying to force things and being more natural from move to move.

    I like his bullpen management.

His lineup management I still question every now and then.

If you listened to the Greg Zaun podcast interview he did, he says that Montoyo and many others are just puppets for the front office. Little to no decision making left to the manager.

That being said, the entire thing came across as someone who's bitter about being blackballed, all the while doesn't have the self awareness to realize that he has been blackballed and why (inappropriate behaviour towards women). He says he's not getting MiLB coaching gigs because of all of these reasons, but fails to mention this.

Zaun is a goof. I take anything he says with a grain of salt.

He looked fine today, at least I never saw that he came up limping. Yesterday he grabbed his leg lightly running to 1st but stayed in the game and mashed away.

Hopefully it just sparked up a bit and he decided to be smart.

I only caught bits and pieces of todays game but the fact that he was already on the IL with a quad injury, came back and then hurt it again - is NOT good

George Springer was lifted from today’s game due to leg fatigue, per Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo.

"We’re going to be careful with him, so we took him out. It was the best thing for him today."

He may be the "analyst" I respect the least. So happy when he was let go...

He was slowly out of the batters box in his last AB. Hopefully he's ok.

Looks like torn ligament. Tough loss for them.
