Maybe its just they are overworked. Though not all the injuries are your typical elbow/shoulder injury

Thatís the weird thing. I just assumed it was because theyíve been overworked early in the season but itís not just the typical arm and elbow injuries.

    Terrible start by Pearson.

They showed his form and by the time he releases the ball, he's not looking at the plate. How does that not get fixed by minor league coaches?

He's trying to throw the ball really hard which brings me back to my original point on Pearson. He's a thrower, not a pitcher.

Pearson was brought up too early. He needs to spend some time with the Bisons.

He's gotta figure out how to stop the fastball from going straight. In 2021, guys are exposed to triple digits regularly, you need more than just velocity.

I get changing forms is hard but why bring him up if he still needs to work on things. Thats what the minors are for.

Appeared to pitch around 96. Effort
To try to slow not at Max to increase control?

Thatís what I was thinking. At least for a time so he can get a release point down pat. And if he starts to see consistency, then try ramping the velocity up.

I didn't see the game and savant doesn't have the data yet. How hard was he throwing?

I just viewed a few of his pitches on MLB.com, 95? that doesn't sound right, maybe he's hurt.
