The players may decide not to play the All-star game in Atlanta out of protest of the new restrictive voting laws.

As much as I hate voter suppression, sports leagues like MLB just need to stay out of politics. Just like when the NBA pulled out of having their own All-Star game in Charlotte, NC because of a stupid bathroom bill.

Don't disagree but keep in mind that it's not MLB. It's MLBPA. Those are two different entities.

There is talk a lot of movies which are currently shot in Georgia might move as well. Good **** Georgia and their voter suppression laws. I am sure the usual suspects will come in and defend the state but anyone is really paying attention knows what the GOP is attempting to accomplish down there.

Voter fraud happens happens at an inconsequential rate and study after study has shown that.

"players are very much aware”- Tony Clark, Executive Director MLBPA

I would fully support a boycott. Let's see what happens.

Ya and in a perfect world the GOP would stay out of Voter Suppression and Jim Crow lite politics... But we can't always have what we want, right?

I'll play devils advocate here. Please tell me what is "Jim Crow Lite" political about Georgia's Voter ID laws.
