I like Snead, probably better than the scrubs we have who will sit the bench all season (Doss, Ateman, et al.) but was it a need? Not so sure. Gruden is allergic to CBs and Safeties. Won't go near them.

I think Iíve figured it out. Weíre signing Sherman. But theyíre worried about tampering issues, so weíre gonna wait until everyone else is signed and itís our only option left. Like, we donít want to sign him... but guess we gotta.

Willie Snead, who signed with the Raiders, exceeded expectations after joining the Ravens in 2018 as a restricted free agent.

Snead became a well-respected leader, a trusted target for Lamar Jackson and a high-effort blocker in the running game.

He's a possession type of receiver like Zay Jones. Good in the slot.

Snead is solid. I have always liked him. Not some #1 WR by any means but just solid all around

Nice. He and Jones will compete for that last spot.

Renfrow, Brown, Ruggs, Edwards will be 4.

Then Snead and Jones fight for 5th. Maybe both if we carry 6.

A little concerned Edwards is the only real big physical possession receiver we have (not expecting much from Jones). Tho I guess thatís offset by our multiple TE looks and hopefully expanded role for Moreau
