Connor McDavid picked up a goal and three assists during Saturday's 4-3 win over the Vancouver Canucks.
What McDavid has done this year is absolutely remarkable. The Oilers captain opened the scoring 45 seconds into the game and he added helpers on goals by Jesse Puljujarvi (2-0), Leon Draisaitl (twice). He finished the night with a plus-1 rating, two penalty minutes and four shots on goal in 22:15 of ice time. That last assist allowed McDavid to reach the 100-point mark for the season in just 53 games. There's a lot of great players in the NHL, but nobody has the combination of speed and skill that McDavid possesses.

What he's done in just 53 games is incredible. I know the NHL isn't super popular, especially on this skeleton of a site, but he still deserves a lot of recognition for this. Incredible stuff.
