This move to me is like Sting; if this was 10-12 years ago, great. Now, who cares?

AEW needs to use him sparingly as there are very few options for him to feud with.

this is going to be similar to Sting as now we are going to get the "first time in 22 years Paul Wight is returning to TNT" I don't know how I feel about this, in 1 way it will give AEW a famous name, Big Show still has some marketability with wrestling fans and a little bit of notability with non-wrestling fans because he has moved a bit to acting (he currently has a TV show on netflix, watched some of it and it isn't bad, can tell it is more for younger viewers) its also a limited schedule compared to WWE so it should be easier on him.

He doesn't really have much to offer, but I get why AEW did it. It is a big name. He is going to be awful on commentary though.

I don't think so. My guess is AEW wanted him bad enough they had to find a role for him since wrestling more than occasionally is all he would be doing.
