    Andrei's 2021 Mock

No explanations for the picks because it feels brain-consuming as it is already. Especially with trades, which I don't normally like to do in a mock draft, but it kind of feels pointless without them. Don't ask what teams are giving up in order to trade up, because that I can't possibly know. I'll just leave it here for posterity, take it as it is or rip me apart for it. You choose.

    1. Jacksonville Jaguars - Trevor Lawrence, QB, Clemson
    2. New York Jets - Zach Wilson, QB, BYU
    3. San Francisco 49ers - Mac Jones, QB, Alabama
    4. Atlanta Falcons - Ja'Marr Chase, WR, LSU
    5. Cincinnati Bengals - Penei Sewell, OT, Oregon

    13. Los Angeles Chargers - Rashawn Slater, OT, Northwestern
    14. Minnesota Vikings - Alijah Vera-Tucker, OL, USC
    15. Detroit Lions (**) - Micah Parsons, LB, Penn State
    16. Baltimore Ravens (***) - Devonta Smith, WR, Alabama
    17. Las Vegas Raiders - Christian Darrisaw, OT, Virginia Tech
    18. Miami Dolphins - Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, LB, Notre Dame

right now the rumors are Packers are enamored in Kadarius Toney and Rashad Bateman, if they trade up in the 1st rd to get a WR its probably Bateman, if not they will probably stay put and take which ever corner or tackle that is on the board or trade down and take Toney.

Was thinking about Toney, as well. I have him graded as a 1st rounder and I like him slightly better than some of the WRs I have mocked ahead of him myself. But think someone will fall in love with Marshall's combination of size and speed and red zone threat, and figured that could be the Packers. Who knows.

Apparently Fields is the guy NE wants. I dont think BB will move up for a QB. Hell move up for a guy he really, really wants. Maybe he thinks Lance is that good but if BB does move all the way up that high Id think they give up whatever extra to get the guy they want. But with MIA having #6 as a division rival might. It be possible in your scenario.

If Eagles take Waddle, they will regret it. He is not even better than Reagor nor Fulgham so why take him so high?

Makes no sense. Eagles need to draft Surtain II cause he will be a shut down corner at the next level.

Yes Lance is THAT good and all you need to do is look at his pro day where all of his passes are crisp with zap. He just doesn't toss picks which he will carry into the pros as well imo. Fields would be a mistake.

If they 49ers want to take a QB that fits. Shanahan style of play, its Lance and i suspect he will be gone at 3rd overall. If they take Mac, he will have a tough time staying healthy with that average joe body of his. I mean he was already breaking a sweat during his pro day before it was halfway over. Mac would compete with Jimmy to see which QB can stay healthy. Can't compete when you cant stay healthy which they should factor that in when drafting.

Those who Mac is the next Brady, in playing better in clutch situation i probably agree but its doubtful he can stay as healthy as Brady has been which he has the best personal and regimen to get his body in shape along with some luck along the way. The odds are against Mac to follow that same regimen. Trey Lance is built to take hits after hits and is the QB to draft imo. Whoever draft him will win the QB pool with an A+ score!

Huh?????? I'd trade every WR on the team for Waddle in a heartbeat.

I actually would have been ok with that pick too for the Cowboys.
