Lost power Monday at 8am and just got it back about 8pm Wednesday night (pipes also busted). Thought Id finally get to relax while the heater warmed up the house (been in the 20s and 30s inside mostly) and watch the Rockets/Sixers game. The feed kept freezing to the point of not being able to watch.

Real 1st World Problems, apparently. Thanks, Texas Republicans.

What would the dems have done, more green energy reliance?

The Heat collapsed in the 4th quarter and gave away a game they should've won. Frustrating season continues.

If they have Wiggins, Oubre and Bazemo4 matching Steph's scoring production, it's gonna be a bad time.

My pipes got frozen to the point of almost busting ... I got a trickle that I left running down the drain for 3 days, finally came back on in the middle of the night.

I don't know that they would have done anything different. The reality is that the state just wasn't ready for this reasonably mild winter storm. 4 days under freezing and less than 8 inches of snow is hardly extreme.

That said, the power companies should have known enough to get their (fossil fuel) systems fired up and heated up before they froze which was the main issue.

The Warriors want to finish outside the top 10 spots in this season but do want to make the playoffs. That plan is going great.

The Warriors get the Wolves pick if it's 4 or lower, that's in a little bit of risk with the Wolves having the worst record. Let's go lottery balls.

Take that Warriors team, add Green, Wiseman, Klay, and the 4th pick and 15th pick in the draft and that team looks pretty interesting next year. Probably won't have Oubre, but they may be able to get something for him in a trade, and it's just possible they choose to keep him and spend all that money.

Warriors are currently sitting at 21 in the league and Wolves have their own pick currently, pre lottery.

So, Warriors have zero first round picks in 2021 as it stands but are very easily within range of having 2.

Just another 18pt win. Those were the kinda games the Jazz would lose last year. Have a team without multiple starters and get killed. Just keep beating the teams were supposed to and well be fine. Dont know that were the best team in the league but I definitely think were in the top 5.

Jazz are in a touch of a challenging position.

Everything is fitting, working together, and just clicking. It's just awesome to watch.

But the challenging part if you got to expect the teams right behind you to make moves with the intent to catch up. So do you mess with the chemistry that's really working and the fit to just try and stay ahead, or do you say that the fit is so good and we're doing well enough that we're gonna just ride with this group.

Yep. If they lose the Wolves pick in 2021 they get the 2022 pick unprotected.
