I've seen reports that Watt is very interested in both the Bills and Browns, but that feels like bait vs going to a sure-fire contending team. The Bills and Browns should both be playoff teams, but Allen and Baker could both regress and no one would really be surprised.

That great football mind and team cleric Jack Easterby has Houston just where he wants them. Ready to compete for last place in division.

@JohnClaytonNFL says JJ Watt won't be coming to Pittsburgh. Tennessee, Green Bay, and Buffalo are the 3 teams. Raiders as a dark horse.
If he goes to Buffalo and helps them to a Super Bowl, he'd be an NFL legend in two cities.

JJ Watt to LA please send him to LA...he would be a box office attraction in LA...bright lights big city Hollywood I mean come on
the thing is if he were to sign with the Packers it would probably make him more money than what his actual contract is worth because of all the state endorsement deals and then all the stories about the Wisconsin boy coming to play for his home town Packers.
Not advocating for him just saying he would probably make bank going to Green Bay

And some in here say he wasn’t traded because no one wanted to pay him that much?

I feel like I argued with someone and specifically said he'd make at least 15M/season. JJ is gonna go to a fringe playoff team/1 year playoff team and make a sweet payday. If he didn't care about money he'd either go to a annual contender or go to Chicago where his wife plays soccer.
[Dianna Russini] JJ Watt has received several offers from teams. The best offer he has received right now is between 15-16 million per year, per sources.
That is less than the $17.5M he was due on his existing contract. And the pick it would have taken to acquire. His old contract would have been extended/renegotiated of course, so... who knows what this new contract looks like in terms of number of years / year 1 price.
