Rumor: Russell Wilson's camp has grown increasingly frustrated by Seahawks

Iím hearing Russell Wilsonís camp has grown increasingly frustrated by the Seahawks inability to protect the 8 time Pro Bowler. He has been sacked 394 times in 9 seasons. This situation warrants serious monitoring.

It's JLC so not sure how much substance there is to this report. But maybe it's not nothing.

They've been going back and forth about splitting up for the last 2-3 years at least. There was a lot of talk about firing Pete this year.

    Wilson/Watson swap feels possible.
    Dak: 17,634 @ 66.0%, 7.7 per att, 106+24 TD, 40 INT+34 FMB, 97.3 Rate
    Wentz: 16,811 @ 62.7%, 6.7 per att, 113+8 TD, 50 INT+58 FMB, 89.2 Rate

i mean can you really blame him? but at the same time yes... its the same thing that happened with rodgers and will happen with mahomes and dak.... once you take that money you cant expect the same help you once had nomatter how great you are... its the way of the road. The grass wont be greener anywhere else either tbh and as much as i love him he was a massive issue the final 7 plus games and they didnt just lose all of their players or start calling stuff different. I have said all along the way they call plays when it comes to him he should be furious because their coaching staff including their head coach is insanely overrated... the dude will run/run/run when wilson is 12 for 12 his last 12 for 150 plus yards and 2 touchdowns and not realize when it comes to the mahomes/wilson/watson the play calling should be 65 percent pass to 35 percent run because you have insanely talented mobile QBs who can use their legs without taking away the pass if they see something open.

he needs to man up period. You cant make 35 mill a year and then want the best players everywhere... Its why brady has as many rings as he does because he married rich and gave no ****s about what he was making because nomatter what he was making was always more than enough for anyone... he didnt need the 9 cars or 10 homes etc... he restructured constantly when they needed talent. Hate the dude but he just wanted championships and now he has 7

I had a hot take back when Brian Schottenheimer and Ken Norton Jr. were hired as coordinators, that Pete Carroll was trying to get fired so he could retire while still getting paid the rest of his contract. That was wrong obviously, but they still turned out to be bad hires.

i mean id have more respect if it were true lol... atleast id understand the throw it on the superbowl play... but right now carrol is so bad its insanity and he will have a job in the nfl for at least 10 plus more years because of wilson and the defense and the superbowl win.

steelers/cowboys/redskins/bears/vikings/49ers off the top of my head.... each of these teams have a legit player and draft picks that would and should get it done. I am probably missing a few teams as well but it would cost a **** ton. If I am the texans Id call and ask for russ for watson but give me picks esp if wilson wants out... imagine getting russ for watson and getting picks? they could probably get watson and a first at this point and seattle should do this all day

Watson would net Wilson and a 1st, not the other way around.

    Wilson is one of 3 QB's I'd give up Watt+3 1sts for.

As for the topic itself, Wilson should be frustrated. Constant trading back in the 1st round, straight up ignoring the OL, letting the defense become average. Coaching changes seems to get more and more questionable. Year after year they have dead cap from some terrible players (2020 featured Justin Britt, Ed Dickson, BJ Finney, Bradley McDougald combined for nearly $10mil in dead cap).

    Frustrated qb?

No choice but to fire Pete and trade him.

you cant actually believe this right? come on brother. Wilson is better and isnt ignoring his franchise/demanding to be traded and causing a major fiasco day in and day out per his people etc... yet somehow watson who refuses to play in houston and wants out and hates his owner etc will net wilson and a first when wilson hasnt really said anything at all and is better than watson???????? come on jesus christ

If seattle called up houston right now and said wilson for watson houston would do that **** in a heartbeat before seattle even finished the sentence. You cant just take in play/contract which by the way BOTH FAVOR WILSON lmfao.... watson has the 2nd biggest ****ing contract and has **** all over his team for like 3 months and has never done anything wilson has and wilson himself has never demanded out or **** on his organization but somehow someway in your distoreted mind watson and a first gets wilson? lmfao

Wilson is better than Watson but Watson is also like 7 years younger. Watson might have like 10 years left of borderline elite QB play and Wilson might have like 3-4 years left. Iím assuming trading partners would take that into account.

    Wilson is also 32.
    Watson is 25.
