It appears that Ron DeSantis is being sued by voters in Florida for denying representation to members of the Senate District 33, House District 88, and House District 94 seats. Their members resigned to run in the primary of another election and the voters there have been waiting for 75 days to get a special election. I am going to provide a link about the suit but it has a paywall, so I'm also providing a link about the threat of the suit.

    Info about the suit: https://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/po...un-Sentinel%29

    Threat of the suit: https://floridapolitics.com/archives...slative-seats/

The senate is going to be voting on Joe Manchinís voting rights bill this afternoon. I wonder if they get a single Republican vote to expand voter rights. The bill imposes limited voter ID so there is no logical reason for them to oppose it. But it doesnít acknowledge Trumpís big lie so they are likely to all oppose it. Even those who claim Trump did lose fair and square.

The vote failed 49-51 (I believe Schumer voted no so the bill could be brought up later). Joe Manchin wasn't able to bring one single Republican forward to vote for the legislation.

Hopefully this gets him to realize his pleadings for bi-partisan compromise are falling on deaf ears.

Failing upward is a hell of a career path. We all know Abbott is trying to keep a primary challenger at bay and nothing more.

The election audit in Wisconsin has concluded. It ends with yet another whimper as it was found there was absolutely no systemic election fraud and that the outcome was correct. There was nothing proven to have been done wrong or any sign of fraud.

Yet you fail to mention that the report shows there was duplicate voter registrations, and plenty of other sloppy errors that need to be corrected

Still none of this puts a significant dent in regard to the true voter turnout. You're looking for something that isn't there and has no consequential impact on who wins elections.

You mean the 24 people MIGHT have two active voter registrations? There are at most 4 people who MIGHT have voted twice. Let's assume the worst and that those four votes went for Biden (even though the contrary is true and most all recorded instances of voter fraud ended up going in Trump's favor.

Now the vote totals are 1,630,862 (removing four votes) to 1,610,184. The margin is now 20,678 votes in favor of Joseph Robinette Biden...still your 46th President of the United States.

Must be one of those examples of the massive amount of voter fraud Republicans keep talking about.

Only republicans do this right? Iím sure weíll have a bunch of dems outraged at this?

Their should be a federal law that prohibits this, but it happens a lot more on Republican led states. California could easily gerrymander the state but they have laws against it.
