Curry was clutch. Nice win by the Warriors.

I'm not sure you can even get him for a can of beans at this point. He is so washed up, he has no balance, he's falling all over the court. He also has no explosion anymore.

He wont turn down his $31M player option for next season, but that should be the last season he plays.

It's sad because he's only turning 32 in a couple months.

He has a $38.96 million player option, I believe. But if I'm the Nets, I do that trade yesterday.

He's speaking facts. There's a reason Giannis signed that extension.

Thatís why he wins DPOY. He takes on weaker players for good stats and highlight blocks from rotating off a non-threat.

Heís so well insulated. When he doesnít do well no one pays attention and when he does everyone loves him.

Gun to your head: Giannis and Simmons switch teams. Do the teams change much? Does each players storyline change?

The Warriors keep starting flat and falling behind big. If they played the 1st quarter like they play the 4th they'd have 4 more wins.

I don't think the teams change much, no. Ben needs that kinda team make-up to thrive.

I do think Ben is the better passer and less willing shooter. I can't say Giannis is the better shooter but more willing, so that would help Embiid but I think Giannis wouldn't have quite as many assists. I also think Giannis is a bit more explosive, I could be wrong but he seems like he has the edge athletically.

But overall, very similar players and styles.

I honestly think Bens athleticism is vastly underrated. I said this same thing about him and Bron: they can make the difficult look so routine that you forget how hard it is.

People donít think Ben is athletic? Heís a monster. He just lack most refined basketball skills. I actually like the Freek comparison. I hadnít heard or thought of it before

I said this before that if on a team like the Bucks Simmons could put up MVP #s. But would still get smashed just like Giannis does every post season. They are very similar players and need a team constructed around them to offset their glaring weakness on offense. They are both probably better suited as a #2 with a great scoring/shooting #1 that can handle the ball.

Probably the biggest difference is that Giannis has worked his *** off to become the player he is today whereas Ben is pretty much the same dude heís been since day 1. Giannis was just measurables at first.
