    This should be interesting. I've never thought of urban as a great coach per se, but a great recruiter and program builder. And I'm not sure program building is all that applicable to the NFL. Environment is important in the league, but it's much different than program building in college. Players are at different stages of life.

    This might work out for sure but Ive just never viewed urban as like a huge innovator or elite coach. Not sure he's a big time NFL guy but we'll find out.

    Thatís very true. But when a guy has been successful at every place heís been thereís a very good chance he takes that to the NFL. So is he Jimmy Johnson or Nick Saban?

    Wonder if more college coaches will make the jump after Meyer accepted the Jags gig.
