The thing with Harden and Beal is they both play with the smaller version of Ben.

But Ben would have to be in a package for either, yet the fit for the team receiving Ben is horrible, unless he's routed to a 3rd team.

If they would do Beal for Simmons the fit ain’t our issue to work out for them.

Obviously, I'm just saying I doubt they do Ben as the center piece while having Russ.

No team wants to pay 2 walking triple doubles who can't shoot a combined annual salary of $70 million.

NBA teams are stupid. I’d be willing to bet they would care more about getting Simmons than worrying about the fit.

Maybe they could send Ben to Chicago, LaVine/Markkanen/filler to Washington, Beal to Philly with a 1st going to Washington from Philly.

I’m honestly not sure what the Bulls lineup would look like.

joel embiid tonight played PG in the 3rd during his 18 points in about a 4 minute stretch... he looked noticeably pissed off and disgusted at his team before this run

From everything I've read here, Marc would just swallow up Embiid.

Yeah it's damn sure happened before but I dunno if he's physically capable of that anymore haha. Would be nice to see LeBron/AD/Ben/Embiid sac up and guard the opposition's best player at their positions. Seems like that's a rarity these days. But that's a LOT of projecting at this point for them to have to match up for 7 games lol, I just wanna see it! Barring any trades I just think that would be the most intriguing matchup in the Finals.

It would be Gasol/Embiid when the Lakers are on D. Every entry pass Embiid receives when Gasol is on him is a good 3 or 4 steps out of the paint. He usually just abandons trying to even post Gasol up after 1 or 2 quarters.

I know it’s crazy to fathom a 36 year old dinosaur stopping Embiid but he does. Embiid topped 30 points vs Gasol once in his entire career. Next closest was 16.
