    We're taking a look at a guy who oversaw the Dallas Cowboys defense?...the 2020 Dallas Cowboys defense? Can someone tell me why?

    100% on Phillips with this coaching staff. My 1st choice would be our 2 internal options, but that isn't happening. I think Wade could have a Fangio type influence on the defense. I think his instant credibility could influence Nagy not being an idiot as well. If we're sticking with Nagy and not promoting Rodgers, this is a far and away best case scenario.

    I don't want just a guy who's willing to coordinate on a lame duck staff. This is the only outside guy hire who we could reasonably get I'd want to bring in.

    It's hard to imagine that Wade ISN'T the best DC on the market. He's basically been a top 5 DC for the majority of his career. Does he want to come here is the question. I would think he'd love to work with this roster, but I don't know if he would want to join Nagy's staff. If he wants the job, they better give it to him.

    In order to be 2nd best you will have to find a top 3 corner which is rare . Kyle is arguably top 10 at his position and played like a top 5 one before thing is we have no pass rush for two years now and the playcalling has been suspect
