You give up everything possible to get Watson or Wilson and don’t think twice.

If I were Houston I'd be looking to see if you could get Dak or Wilson for Watson.
Yeah Russ and Watson are on a whole other tier. I've said it before Dak isn't that much better than Carr and with the injury I'd probably actually prefer Carr. Daks only advantage is he's a FA.

more of the same.. HOU is stupid to drag this out.NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports "no one believes" Deshaun Watson will be traded.
That's via sources "knee deep" in the situation. Rapsheet appears to be referring to teams that might be interested in acquiring the elite young quarterback. Rapoport also reports the Texans do not view either the start of free agency or the draft as "any sort of deadline." Rapsheet believes the drama will last for a "very, very long time." That is consistent with the established facts, as each side continues to dig in, both out in the open and via leaks.
Why?Bears re-signed RB Ryan Nall.
An exclusive rights free agent, Nall's choices were accept the Bears' offer or retire. A 2018 UDFA, Nall is a special teamer with 13 career touches, 11 of which came in 2020. He turned 25 in December.
Pace has 3 chances to get this QB situation right. Watson.... Wilson or Dak. Personally I think Dak is the most realistic. I still think him and dallas won't get a long term deal done and gives him the shot to walk next year.
It’s something about having 2 or fewer full league seasons under his belt which is 6 or more games on the regular season roster per year so if we extend him an offer he has to accept it or sit out but if he accepts it I think next offseason he is free to sign with whom he pleases.
Hypthoetically what would you be winning to trade for for Dak prescott if you knew you had to sit him a full year next year but you also knew if you did that you could get at minimum a 90% Dak prescott when he came back?

I’m probably lower on dak than most so I wouldn’t want to give up much in that scenario. Especially with paying him 30-35 mil a year
