This video is Ryan Pace rushing to the podium to give up three firsts for a rookie QB.

Ballard would be the GM here now if the organization wasn't so stubborn. And Pace has done some good things here, but the Navy hire is going to sink him IMO.

Hopefully they've learned from their mistakes, though I agree that nothing changes until Phillips is gone. It's crazy he's still here.
Eric De Costa would have been awesome. The organization couldn't handle Ballard because they prefer collaboration and "good relationships" over being a winning franchise. Although, I'm not overly sold on Ballard being a great GM just yet, but he's done some good things. We'll see how the Wentz trade pays off and how his draft shakes up this year.

God almighty Can you imagine how much it would take to get up there. And how bad it would be if we miss.

To get there, you'll have to part with:

    #20
    2022 1st
    2023 1st
    2022 2nd
    2023 3rd

At the bare minimum. If we could trade up but only give up our first in this years' draft, I'd be down with it.

Use that 2nd to trade back and get value in the mid rounds; Pace's specialty.

But only for Fields, I'd die if we traded all that for Mac Jones

I think DBB has lost most credibility this offseason.

    Chicago Bears #23
    Kyle "Cheetah" Fuller

Yup. And no I would not want this FO trying to trade up to the 4th. Just stay at 20 or trade for extra picks.

Is that for the #4, or Russell Wilson?

Pace may as well fire himself if he trades up to 4 for Mac Jones.

I feel the same for anyone though. Your getting the 4th best QB in a draft I personally don't consider "ELITE" in terms of QB. There are major problems with everyone IMO other than Lawrence.

Wilson is a 1 year wonder
Feilds is unliked and seems to have a bad attitude for football
Mac Jones is physically underwealming in a game where QBs need to be play makers
And Lance..... Is just so inexperienced and a huge project.

It's 2 players shy of our Russ offer, but yeah; that's what it takes to get into the top 4 from 20.

Let's hope this is all a smokescreen because this trade up WILL get Pace fired.
