Trump told the lies so he can remain president, and then rev up his audience with more lies and statements that can be misunderstood to their meaning. One of the things a politician is careful about is the words he uses because of this. Just because Trump is a reckless speaker with no political training, doesn't excuse him for his part in pushing that mob over the edge. Thanks to that prick, more people have little faith in our democracy for the wrong reasons.

Case in point, MLK often peppers his speech with peace and a non-violent approach to Black's problems. No one, No one could mis read his intentions. No violence.
