Wasn’t somebody in here telling me about this guy? I think last stand? He could really help this WR group.

I agree with that, I was just stating his ceiling is Russell Wilson. Can he actually recognize that potential on this team? I think a lot of that has to do with the drafting this year and next year to be honest. Obviously, FA signings will help, but WR can be a costly position to keep missing at (Jefferson and if we didn't grab one of Chase/Smith which are close to sure things but nothing's guaranteed). I think the least we could do is load up on weapons so that players want to play here again.
I see the Dak thing, but I think Jalen is already more accurate and a bit quicker than Dak. Plus Dak has a problem in the playoffs...I hope it's not the same. I think the more likely situation is somewhere between a Dak and Russell.
Yes I was saying just because he connected on one pass to Djax doesn't mean it should kill your doubts.
For every Djax throw he had under throws to Reagor, Watkins and Hightower.
Yes accuracy is a different story. But what's the point if you can throw the ball 50 60 yards if you can't accurately place the ball, which is why I brought up those other guys.
Like someone mentioned, Hurts has an adequate arm. It's not strong nor weak it's just adequate enough which is the perfect word.
Just cause someone can "throw" a football doesn't mean they can make every throw. Like I said placement, anticipation matter a crap ton and if people can't differentiate that then I don't know how else I can word it.
Hurts thus far has shown he can hit the guy up to 15 ish yards nicely. He also showed just like Wentz did that when he has a possession, sure handed receiver in Alshon he looked good. Watch the Saints game and see the amount of times he relied on Alshon making difficult catches and Alshon came through.
When Wentz had his big year, we were the top 3rd down team I believe and that's cause he had 2 really reliable guys in Ertz and Jeffrey then Torrey and Nelson as the speedy type guys.
Our offense hasn't had that that last 2 seasons much because Jeffrey has been hurt and Ertz decided to be a baby.
Also Hurts does not have Wilson like accuracy or level of QBing yet. Dak is actually good right now but Tyrod Taylor is more accurate for him.
This is the type of delusion that people set themselves up with and then get let down and get upset.
Just keep the expectations low and let's get excited and hope he becomes his own guy

This was one of the more impressive throws from hurts last year in my opinion and it surprised me. I didn’t think he could make a throw like this. The ball here traveled in the air something around 45yards, plus this throw was off his back foot which makes it even more impressive. It hit reagor right on the money.
Personally, I just think if he can make a throw like this then he’s got enough arm strength to make most throws. Now accuracy, that’s a different thing. I think he’s worked a ton on his accuracy and it’s shown, hopefully he keeps working on it.
It's a good throw, its got touch on the throw, but it comes off more of a lobbed throw, and I realize it's a somewhat back foot throw...I think Hurts' does lack arm strength in his throws and relies on WR running the correct routes and Hurts' will throw anticipating the route being run. If he can hit the receiver as he's got a step on a defensive player it makes his efficiency that much better.

The more video I watch of Hurts' the more I see Russell Wilson in his game....
His throws do lack zip, but his placement of throws is pretty good.
