Rich Gannon 2.0, I don't think so.
I always say timing is everything. There's many teams that need a QB, and can get into the playoffs with him. He won't take a bu job. Can't see him with us. I could see him with Indy, since they were successful with Rivers. Maybe the Pats.

Is it okay to terminate an agreement because of injury? No. I understand this is why there is an injury settlement but if a team feels that a player cannot perform due to an injury why can't a player not feel that he has outperformed his existing contract? Just a thought.

No more so than it gives the opposite party the same power.

Long snappers are specialists. They have three things to work on: Getting the ball to go exactly where it needs to be, blocking, and getting in on the tackle. Having a good one is nice, having a great one is worth ensuring you keep him. Having a bad one is painful.

Agreed. However, and this includes the injury settlement question, teams are required....by law....to live up to their word. Yeah, there are tricky clauses and riders, but that's the nature of contract law and the reason everyone should make sure that someone who knows what they're looking at and has the signer's back is reviewing the document. Guaranteed money is a thing.

Teams always live up to their end. Even if it requires a court to sort out. Business is business.

Sieg has started for all the last 3 seasons and I cant remember a single time we have had a bad snap. Thats a reason to resign him right there.

So true. He is also, like Condo, in on almost every tackle.

    Gabe Jackson Released

The #Raiders have had talks about potentially dealing tackle Trent Brown, source said, and with few available tackles in free agency, Las Vegas has a shot.

He was getting paid more than Icognito.

Beat me to it. Stupidest move I have seen since we drafted jamarcus.

So let me get this straight. We are looking like we are releasing incognito, gabe Jackson and dealing Trent Brown. Leaving us with Miller and Hudson. Thatís it. No ogs and no rt. No high end fs, no 3 tech dt, no decent passrusher opposite Crosby, no slb, no number 1 wr and no good nickel corner. Recipe for a horrible year. We go against some of the best teams that pressure the qb and we will either have rookies or someone elseís scraps or backups starting. Wow.
