Zach can't yet. He's only 25 and just starting to enter his prime. Compare his stats and efficiency against Harden's age 24 and 25 seasons and there is a lot to like. Not saying Zach is going to turn into Harden, but it is entirely too early to get rid of him.

Name those 3 players?

2 of these 3 hit their primes at 27. In theory, you could Argue Lavine's still has 2 years of growth left. Imagine growing on his numbers this year! That is an exciting thought.

I know me personally, I didn't put together my entire arsenal of Skills/Smarts/Strength until I was 28, so to assume a 25 year old is close to peaking wouldn't make sense to me at all.

At the age of 25, Harden was carrying the Rockets to 56 wins. Dwight Howard on played in 40 games that season. He literally carried that team. Just isn't a good comparison.
