hey someone else the phillies wont use any of their overseas money at....

dodger/yankee/redsox/cub bound per usual

do teams not realize that his contract means nothing because the overseas following alone with merch etc and so on here will out do that contract 2 fold

I don’t get this. I do not understand why the Phillies have like zero interest in investing or at least compete in investing on the highly touted foreign players.

The Phillies haven’t developed or had a foreign player go through their system basically ever.

Sixto maybe looks the part but ironically not even on the team.

its just super annoying having the money we have and never going for some of these studs for what is actually pretty cheap and worth the risk because of the reward.

Yeah I just like giving KJ a hard time because i know how much it irks him that we have the richest owner in the sport now. Not to mention how much he hates the Mets. Yeah Sugano should be on the radar of all contending teams who need SP. I think he goes West anyways but he's probably going to be a really good addition to some team.
