Rodgers and Mahomes co-MPVs with State Farm buying the naming rights to the award
I give the nod to ARod for MVP.
Rodgers should win it but Mahomes will win it.
ARod will win the MVP for you MTM lol.

Regardless of what anyone’s definition of MVP is this award usually goes to the best QB on the best team.
That means it’s Mahomes’

Best QB on the best team. We’ve seen many times that the best player doesn’t always win the award (unfortunately). Rodgers has been great but the Packers haven’t been as good as the Chiefs. Even though it’s not technically a team award it almost always goes to the best QB on the best team.

If they actually voted for the most valuable player it would be Henry but it's almost always the qb
I know i bet on Rodgers before the season started when he was 2200-1 to win it.

If you cant beat them, join them
The packers could be the 1 seed in the NFC. The gap between the Packers and Chiefs isnt that significant. It usually goes to a qb on one of the best few teams, not neccesarily qb on the best team.
When Mahomes win his first MVP, his team was 12-4 and the NFC had two 13-3 teams. When Matt Ryan won his, 5 teams had a better record than the Falcons. Brady won his most recent tied for the best record.
And let's not pretend KC has been perfect down the stretch either. Atlanta missed a fairly easy kick to send that game to OT. Carolina missed a kick to win it, albeit a monster 67 yarder. Butler made a kick to send the Chargers game to OT in Herbert's first start. I know the packers have squeaked a few out as well, so I'm not using that as an excuse, but I do think there's an arguement that the Chiefs aren't head and shoulders above everyone else. Maybe they truly are great and are just bored, but in order for record to mean a bunch more than other things, I think you really have to have a team play head and shoulders above everyone else.
