I will say, outside the Top 4, I do really like Barnes. But it feels like he'll fall in the 5-7 range, which likely won't be where we are picking.
Someone will fall, someone always does. Also someone also almost always lands a top pick when they have no business there. I got fingers crossed for a lucky ball bouncing in our fav.

I’m just saying how hard would we have to tank to catch a team like Houston? Or Orlando, Detroit, and Minni? I don’t remember the last time we played with a full squad. Lowry, FVV sat out a lot of games, even OG and Siakam got the rare night off. GTJ has been injured. It’s just so hard to do.

Bottom 6 is pretty fixed. Cleveland on down will finish below us.

As for the game. What are people's thoughts on Malachi lately? He is making a lot of clutch plays on both ends.

Kids showing ice in his veins. He’s not afraid of the big moments.

He really needs to grow out his hair though. He has an alien shaped head lol 😆

Siakam went 2 for 16. There goes my fg% for the week.

“It’s about winning,” Stoudemire said. “You win, you’re going to get on national TV. Simple. In Phoenix, we won — Western Conference finals three, four years, playoffs every year. We won. If you don’t win, nobody really wants to see you.”

Malachi has tons of potential. He already plays pretty stout defense, which gives him a very high floor. He makes some seriously challenging shots. The only issues I have are off ball movement and he gives himself a few ill-advised heat checks during the games, which look great when they go down, but are wasted possessions when they don't.

How good has OG been? I'm starting to re-calibrate my expectations for him for the future. I can totally see a 20/8 top 5 defender. I'm glad we locked him up. One of my favorite developments this year is seeing when OG realizes he's the strongest guy by far near the rim and just muscles through defenders for jams. He did a couple of fade-aways today, and while that's not ideal, I do like that its suddenly in his arsenal.

Yeah I might have to raise my floor on him. I’ve been saying he’s a mo Pete with better defence. 16ppg type of guy that helps you win. Or a Ron artest at very best.

He could surpass my expectations because he is already there.

What is it, 5 straight 20+ games? His on ball defense at times is jaw dropping. He is such an impressive athlete. To think he is only 23 years old still. We lump him in with FVV and Siakam as core pieces, but he closer to the Flynn/Trent age group.

Ron Artest isn't a bad comparable. Artest was really good in his prime. OG doesn't come with any of the off court baggage and is slightly bigger even.
