Carnival had MASSIVE layoffs. Their operations are a few miles from where I live and I know plenty of people who lost their jobs.

The lawsuit sounds dumb on the surface and it’s being filed by someone who has pursued similarly dumb lawsuits before... there’s a logical leap to be made here. But we’ll see what happens with it
