First this dunce tried to trademark taco Tuesday, now he's trying to block arison and his cruise company from dubbing one of its boats as king James.

Nahhh. He cant be that dumb. xD
I guess every boat named Queen Elizabeth should get sued by the royal family.
Idiotic waste of the court's time.
He isn't a dunce. What a gross overreaction.

Typical LBJ he thinks the world revolves around him.
It's not just about the ship name. It's about the activities aboard the ship.
LeBron probably doesn't care that they use the name. He just wants to get paid for it through a settlement offer to make his lawsuit go away. He's a businessman, plain and simple. Don't hate the player. Hate the game.Though the “King James” moniker was obviously not originated by LeBron, the Lakers’ forward does retain a trademark license over the nickname, as it pertains to sports related items. With the cruise line planning on hosting “sports activities and events” according to their filing to use the name, it opened a legal avenue for James to contest the use of the moniker.
As Gerben explained in the video, legal contests over the violation of trademarks can regularly take in excess of over two years to be resolved, however they are often settled before a final verdict is delivered.
