Petite's biggest problem is that he was Neve the Ace of the staff. He likely could have been elsewhere but he wasn't on the Yankees.
To me, his numbers are easily good enough to get in and his post season resume is fantastic.

You can't seriously though think Pettitte should get in before Clemens. That's impossible.
And both used PEDs so you can't use that argument here.
And Andy was probably better in the postseason than Clemens, but Roger blows him away in the regular season.
