Given how many people attend the rallies, I'm right.

Kinda like how you can't use the electoral vote and not disenfranchise folks?

But you also disenfranchise people using the electoral vote.

Yes, but not as badly as popular vote.

So say you want to go popular vote, than each state would need to have the same number of people there by normalizing the electoral process. That would work also. Say, 2 senators and 1 Rep for each state of one million people. California then becomes like 40 states. That would help keep the balance of power equally spread against a very unequally spread straight popular vote.

EDIT: Make that say every 3-5 million becomes a state. a little more doable.

Nah, having a sore loser perennial baby named Donald Trump as the sitting president guarantees what we have now.

How does popular vote disenfranchise anyone???

You have you election laws and requirements clearly posted at the board of elections, You have all your time frames posted. You have all your acceptable IDs posted. You make sure everything is posted at least six months in advance. You make sure there are enough voting stations (determined by county population.)

If people can't figure this out, they are not disenfranchised…they are dumb. And maybe we don't really need them to vote anyway.

Senate doesn’t fairly represent the population though. It’s based on land borders which after western expansion makes very little sense.

Both the Senate and the Electoral College were actually based on a practical compromise, in part due to the desire on the part of some of the original 13 states to maintain slavery.

It removes the importance of the individualized state.

It never was to be. That's what the House is for.
