    Well, Bonds was indeed the king of the cheaters. But Cano ranks among the greatest second basemen of all time. How much of that was real vs illegal chemical? No way to tell.

    It is tough to tell because the first suspension was not for a steroid but for a diuretic which can be a masking agent of a steroid.

    At a minimum, he may have used the steroids to come back from injuries quicker. Whether he did more, we may never know. His physique did not change as Barry Bonds did with HGH. But his chance at 3,000 hits and the HOF are very likely gone.
