He would but I would not like it.

I just don't think his idea of football, on offense and defense, fits the modern NFL. Under his and BQ's leadership too we've seen the talent on the team decline tremendously. It's not going to get better with them steering the ship in that regard imo (as we've seen their drafts and free agent signings are less than inspiring to say the least).

All I’m saying is that things being what they are and the Lons NEVER doing things the easy way, I wouldn’t be surprised if they pulled out 10 wins this season given that NO ONE expects them to. Hell, I could see the Lions getting 10 wins, be tied for first place (record wise but be in 2nd place because of heads up matches) and STILL miss the playoffs.

as sad as it is we have two winnable games vs the Panthers and Texans while we've been playing horrible. that would put us at 5-4... the only two teams we're behind is the Bears and Seahawks.. oh and they may add an 8th playoff team this year bc of COVID.

I don't think so. They have Carolina and Houston coming up which "seems" winnable but then they have GB, Tampa, and Tennessee all in a row as well as Chicago and Minnesota left.
