I know that and you know that but cashman is either too stupid or to stubborn to see that is even a possibility

    147 what?

    147 home runs?

    147 singles?

    147 doubles?

    147 base hits?

    147 extra base hits?

    147 wrC+?

Yanks would be idiots to give him away for nothing... yes his stock is low.. but not as low as you guys think because of his age and history..

Let's face reality though... He's not been the same since they left Joe Girardi walk... Brainless Boone has not helped this guy one bit... and back w/ joe.. they had Pena around the bench too... also allowed to walk... this failure is on whoever let Joe and his coaches walk...

But with Stanton, and Judge.. and the many other big bats.. they can afford to have a primary glove man behind the dish while dealing with the light hitting side.

As they should. Smart move. It's worth the gamble to rebuild his value.
