She did all of the Dodgers' arbitration cases for 9 years and only went to trial 2 times. She is a good negotiator and knows how to deal with players. I think she will do a great job.

She’s super qualified and has been in the industry for 30 years...she’ll be 60 next year. I’ve been waiting for her to get a shot but it’s nice that it’s finally happened. She’ll do a great job.
