31 year old Chandler Jones may be on the trade block.
He's scheduled to make around $15m this year on a non-guaranteed contract.

Jones has reportedly removed all Cardinals content from his social media.

I like Houston, but Jones is a gamechanger.
If I'm Joe Douglas, I'm blowing up their phone.

And if you clear Poole from the books, acquiring Jones will only a reduce the cap by $5m.

Wonder what the Cardinals would want in return, because he's a great player, in a premier position, but on the other side of 30.
    Any guesses???

I would guess a second round pick and I don't know that I'd do that. If this team was a pass rusher away from being a contender? Hell yes. But with a rookie QB and so many unknowns, I would save my bullets for next years draft.

A later pick? It could be tough to say, no. My guess is he will want to go to a contender.

Becton's weight is worrisome. Plantar fasciitis is a pain in the arse injury. It can linger. Having issues with his feet is a bummer.

Yup. While he is unable to play right now they should get him on a weight loss and conditioning program ASAP.

After practices being criticized by players,

“Everybody has a different feel for how practice goes. We are heading into Week 3 here, if that’s the feeling that they have, I mean we have the chance to really kind of ramp it up and make sure we’re doing what we need to do in individual and pick up the tempo,” Gase said.

“I haven’t necessarily felt that. When I watch our guys, I feel like guys are flying around, they’re chasing the ball You’re always looking to improve in practice just with everything.”

Just reminiscing about the former brilliant offensive mind and genius we lovingly called Coach Gase.
    Oh how I miss him

As I read it, not knowing it was a Gase comment, my stomach started to turn thinking WTF is going on...then I saw it was a Gase comment

The Vikings have a situation developing with Danielle Hunter.

Hunter has yet to attend any activities and it is well-known he is unhappy with his current "status" on the team.
He's 26 and due to make about $12-12.5m/yr through 2024.

    *News from around the league*

Of the rookie QBs it appears both Justin Fields and Zach Wilson have had the best performance based reviews so far.
Trevor Lawrence has had his ups and downs while still adjusting to the NFL.
    Mac Jones has reportedly struggled.
Not much word on Trey Lance.

We know Garoppolo has had the "best spring of his career"

I'm glad Fields is showing well.

Possibly, but I do believe Wilson has been the best QB at Jets camp, after all, his competition is Morgan and White.
Fields doing well doesn't surprise me.
    Lawrence should be fine.
Mac Jones was going to carry the clipboard anyway, so they are in no need to rush him.
Really wanted to hear more on Lance. Like Jones, he can be groomed but it wouldn't surprise me to see Lance this year if Jimmy G should falter or get injured again.

Keelan Cole taking 1st team reps from Denzel Mims.

Mims struggles to separate via route running, which plays against what this offense does best.
However many believe Mims will find his stride in the offense and be major contributor.

Elijah Moore and Cole has been Wilson's go to weapons of choice so far.

It’s exciting to see the rave reviews for Moore. Still early but sounds like he has a chance to be special.

“A lot of times edge rushers miss because QBs can step up in the pocket,” defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich said. “We have so many interior guys, I don’t know how much of a pocket there will be to step up into.”
