Because the vast majority of Biden supporters simply voted for him to get Trump out. It's simply strategy.

I'm looking forward to who Joe might ask to lead with him. He has someone on the extreme left in Kamala. Will he continue that way or was that a purely political move to garner the Bernie Bros and he'll settle on a more traditional Democratic Administration.

Kamala would have been considered a republican 30 years ago, but somehow she's an "extreme" leftist now. Look at how far the right has gone towards the extreme end.

I think there are some conclusions being shoddily made there. Conclusions being made by conservative Democrats whose pockets have long been oozing with corporate money. There are also a million counter-arguments across the country showing progressives running on unabashedly progressive campaigns kicking ***. Take a gander at AOC's timeline. Or hell, go look at how many of the incumbent Dems that lost had come out in support of m4a. I'll think you'll be surprised. It's almost all of them.

At the very least, I think you have to credit Republican framing more than anything.

I can't think of many candidates, especially prominent ones, that were openly supporting BLM let alone calling to defund the police. Just sayin'....

Definitely 100% both. Dems aren't fighters and certainly aren't getting passed Mitch. The Party is also almost entirely made up of capitalists, most of whom I'm sure are as bought and sold as their Republican counterparts. They actually have some actual fighters on these economic issues within their ranks (can't think of a single Republican), but they're the outliers obviously.
