The biggest positive of a Biden presidency is that Trump and his administration are gone. Almost every single person from Trump himself, to Stephen Miller to Betsy DeVos to Bill Barr will be replaced by a lesser evil.

Beside that, I'm not foolish enough to think he's going to push for anything really bold or progressive. I hope he goes above and beyond Obama when it comes to things like immigration, climate change, health care, etc., but those are low bars to clear and with an obstructionist Senate it's probably just going to be a battle to get back to where we were under Obama....which wasn't really all that better than where we were with Bush...etc.

I'm really interested to see how the media covers Joe Biden, on both sides, and how people react to that. will Fox News have news against Joe Biden, and will those on the left object as if how day they say X.

will the right "take to the streets" with protests and resistance.

will Republicans resist Joe Biden and the Democrats, and will the media/American people object, forgetting that Democrats did the same thing for Trump.
