Discussion on MLB Network was centered around the Twins moving Luis Arraez and playing Polanco at 2B. The Twins would pick up a FA SS (Marcus Semien?) for a couple of years to hold the spot for Royce Lewis.
Although I like Arraez a lot, this makes a lot of sense. He is a good player with a decent upside and 5 years of team-control. The Twins could get a pretty good package of prospects for him if they wanted to.

The Twins have made a few moves this winter, but have a number of holes that need to be filled. Starting pitching is one. The bullpen is another. DH and utility players are other problem areas for now. With 36 players on the 40-man roster, they have room to make a few more moves in free agency.
I would say that bringing Cruz back should be the #1 priority, followed by a reliable starter, then a reliever and then a utility player. They have a couple of guys on the 40-man roster that could fill the utility spot.
