Clippers pay Marcus Morris 64M guaranteed for 4 years.

Lakers pay Markieff Morris the veteran minimum.

Marcus is the better player but man thats a big difference between those salaries.

Markieff plays a role though that the Lakers value. Very happy to have Markieff back.

Trade Kuzma now for two vets or one shooter or wait? Maybe wait unless there is something special coming.
    Lebron is the one!

Now, because Keef took the vet min instead of non-bird, we have enough cap to complete a 15 player roster, so still 3 more vet mins potentially. Could be 2 tho

Im assuming Lakers will probably do the same as they did last year. Roll with 14 on the roster and keep 1 spot open for buyouts. Plus they have the 2 two way contracts for filling out random minutes throughout the season if they need it.

Kieff for the min. Hell yea. Idc who we fill out the roster with now. This off-season was amazing. Much better than any of us anticipated tbh. We were able to shock the NBA by signing Trez and then followed it up with amazing cheap deals.

    Wesley Matthews
    Montrezl Harrell
    KCP (Re-sign)
    Marc Gasol
    Markieff Morris (Re-sign)

and obviously the trade for Schroder. Wow

Check this out guys. Pincus explains how the McGee trade happened and how the fact that Gasol and Bell share the same agent was crucial for it to go down:

Kuzma plays more SF and eventually gets traded midseason for either a playmaker or for another relatively young player or for a future 1st.
Bro. Sometimes I feel we are the same person. Exactly what I was thinking. If Kuz shines at the backup 3 then it's on. If not, then his ars is getting traded for one.
