Your obvious answer suggests humans made Him up....so obviously, from a believer's perspective...no.

He always was and always will be, is the teaching- the ultimate chicken and the egg question.
    gotta love 'referential' treatment

Which appears to be an insurmountable obstacle.

Every iteration of the gods and goddess I have encountered are constructs of humans and human society.

    Who else would you expect?
Any other construct would require physical evidence, yes?
Physical evidence would eliminate the need to believe...which defeats a major factor.
So, basically, you can either believe He exists without proof...or you can't

Even I would not believe if there was no proof. That's blind faith.

Maybe we have differing views on what proof is here.....to what proof are you referring?

Look. Even though I doubt it, I still admit that there is a slight possibility that one of the many, many religious iterations we have seen all over the earth and down through the ages is in posession of the truth — and I include my agnostic position as one of those possibilities.

If something created god, then we probably wouldnt refer to that creation as god..

one thing I've always been curious about for those who don't believe...I've gotten various answers over the years to this question.....so what happens when you die? like a Looney Tune cartoon, that's all folks?

Because it is “...the undiscovered country/From whose borne no traveler returns,” I can only offer my best guess: it’ll just like it was before I was born.
