I never said the Yankees would definitely lose I said they would likely lose , it was someone else that said they would be swept by the dodger . I actually disagreed with that and said AT WORST They would lose in 5 games since they would win cole ‘s start .

I don't know. Brantley may decide he would be the 4rth OF because we know
Hicks , Judge and Stanton will all be injured enough that Brantley will still get play in 120+ games.

brantley looked like a old 34 in the playoffs could not even play the field had a huge at bat and failed...

I'm not sure Brantley would want to be the 4th outfielder.

Unless they go and trade clint.

(Obviously Judge and Hicks will spend time on the DL, par for the course)

Give him the LF job and have Frazier as the 4th OF to start the season. I'm almost positive someone will get hurt within the first 3 weeks which will put Frazier in there full time then.

He is an average defender at worse. His defensive metrics grade out pretty decently. They aren't getting him for his defense though, its his bat they need.
